gaffa tape and fluff
Well! I decided to make a body form yesterday to help me when I start refashioning clothes. It turned out really badly! haha I blane colie cos she is short and couldnt reach priperly. It look ok-ish until i tried to stuff it then it looked like a stiff silver badly made pillow! didnt hold my shape at all. In all honesty it got me prettu down about my shape. However not too much as on monday I start back at the gym so I will get to the point of eing how I want to look in due time.

Gloves for gifts
I did a handmade challenge last year where the first 5 people to comment on the status got a gift. My sisters friend sarah who lives in Bloomington commented now I live in the UK and was going to struggle with this one. I then found out that my sister was flying out for her birthday so "lightbulb" happened and I got on with making her some fingerless gloves that ash could take with her. And here they are!
Banana Bread
I didnt get chance to take a photo as Steven and Colie ate their loaves pretty fast :(
However I can share my recipe with you all! if youre lucky the banana might turn purple like mine does! Dunno how I manage that feat mind!

just a few of my new year ideas
I dont believe in new years resolutions but I do believe in ideals and I have a few of my own to share with you:
Firstly I am not going to let my weight bother me as I am going to do something about it. Who cares if it takes me a year to slim down and tone up! I will do it.
Secondly I am not going to cling to people who I think are good for me but turn out to be nasty, backstabbing cows lol! I will just surround myself with people who deserve me. By that I mean, those who keep in touch, make me enjoy myself and vice versa.
Thirdly I will surprise Steven with a holiday Im thinking Malta :)

new beginnings
Right first things first! Happy new year my lovelies! Thank you for putting up with my irregular posting, my random personal posts the happy and the downright emo. But my plan is too start making at least one crafty post a week.
On a healthy note I say healthy I cant give up cheese lol! I have been using the Hairy Dieters cookbook. I have made the stuffed peppers (next time I will omit the nuts they were just odd), lasagne (need much bigger leeks! and Steven needs it more tomatoe-y), the chicken and mushroom risotto (it was fairly bland, needs more black pepper). I am later tonight going to attempt some granola so I will take pictures if I remember. I will also post my banana bread recipe tomorrow too.

bad timings!
Well this isnt good! For the last few months Ive been slowly relapsing into my old ways... No I now its not good. Im still eating before anyone has a panic attack, but I am controlling what I eat then bingeing a few days later. I feel depressed and anxious and then I get snappy with those I love. I have even resorted to self harm again which clearly isnt a clever move. I tend ti do it on my feet so in the new year I plan on getting my feet tattooed to prevent me doing it there, and as there isnt anywhere else I can do it without people seeing it may make me realise I am better than that. Back to the eating...I tebd to only eat what I fancy then gorge on it then not eat much the next day. I always have one main meal and I di eat at work. But as I need to be alert and observant work tends to be the place I eat most at. I adore cooking and love cooking for people, I will only cooking for myself if Im cooking for soneone else. I am dreading the christmas dinners coming up, mine isnt too bad I can portion control but at my parents it tends to be put on my plate, hopefully I can put what I want on my plate and I dont have to eat as much. I am also going to cook at least one meal from the 'hairy dieters' cookbook a week and work it up to every meal. Im also going to start going back to the gym. Everyone says I dont need to lose weight just tone up so thats ny plan. I have heard exercising can help lift your mood so surely its worth a try right?
