Banana Bread

  • ½ tsp salt
  • 110g/4oz butter, plus extra for greasing
  • 225g/8oz caster sugar
  • 2 free-range eggs
  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 85ml/3fl oz milk

  • Oven should be at 180c. Cream the butter and sugar together until its creamy. Add the wet ingredients mix well. Then slowly fold in the dry ingredients. Put  mixture into a greased loaf tin and cook for about an hour. Once its cooled slightly let it cool completely on a wire rack. And thats it!
